Guidelines for Submission

 3rd IGESCON 2025

To ensure a smooth and efficient submission process, all authors are required to follow the guidelines below:
1. Abstract Submission
Submit your abstract via the official Google Form (link available on the conference website).
Abstract must be written in English or Malay and should not exceed 250 words.
Include the following structure: 
Title
Author(s) Name & Affiliation
Keywords (3-5 words)
Authors will receive a notification email regarding acceptance or required revisions.

2. Full Paper Submission
Upon abstract acceptance, submit the full paper via the provided submission link.
The full paper should follow the conference template (available for download on the website).
The paper must not exceed 10 pages and must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
Formatting: 
Font: Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.0 spacing
Margins
Top: 3 cm
Bottom: 2.54 cm
Left/Right: 2.54 cm
References: APA 7th Edition format
Authors will receive an email with review feedback for revisions (if necessary).


3. Payment & Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
Upon final paper acceptance, authors must complete the payment according to the conference fee structure.
Proof of payment must be uploaded via the payment submission link.
After verification, authors will receive the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) via email.

4. Video Submission
•  Presenters are required to submit either: 
A pre-recorded video presentation (10-15 minutes, MP4 format) uploaded to the provided Google Drive link.
OR a YouTube link to their recorded presentation (ensure the video is set to public or unlisted).
•  Ensure clear audio and video quality, with proper lighting and a professional background. 
•  Submission must be completed before the deadline provided by the committee.

5. Conference Presentation
Presenters must be available for the virtual session on the scheduled date.
A live Q&A session will follow the recorded presentation.
Ensure stable internet connectivity and a professional presentation setting.

Important Notes:
✔ Notifications will be sent via email at every stage.
✔ Only accepted & paid papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
✔ The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not adhere to the guidelines.
